Do you take Pre-Paid gift cards?
No, we do not accept them.
Do you offer international shipping?

Return Instructions
To initiate a return on cherrycatshop.com, kindly follow the instructions below within 30 days of receiving the delivery. Pack the items securely in the original packaging that accompanied the merchandise. All handbags must be returned in their original condition. If the received handbag is damaged, please contact Customer Service.
Exchange
For product exchanges, please contact us via Mail: support@cherrycatshop.com and we will facilitate the exchange. A $20 restocking fee may be applicable.
What if the item was marked as “Returned to Sender”?
If your order is labeled as “undeliverable” and subsequently returned to us, we will re-ship the package to you without any additional charges.

In the event that your item exhibits defects or errors attributable to us, we will replace it at no extra cost. The damaged product need not be returned. If replacement isn’t feasible due to inventory constraints, we will either refund you or dispatch a comparable item of your choosing.
