Now can you keep it uo?I have been using psyllium for a couple of years. Being pre-diabetic, it is crucial for me to have daily Fibre supplements the brand I had been using was originally a reasonable buy at $29 for 500 capsules but has skyrocket to over 50 now a little research turned up this brand. Less capsule but they are larger so the dosage is less and the pricepoint is excellent.

tmi, but works so welli eat fairly well and workout 4-5x a week, but i do sometimes suffer from constipation every once in awhile. tmi, but i could not go to the bathroom for over a month without using a strong laxative (which i would only use a couple times a week as i didn't want to over do it). i tried magnesium supplements, but those didn't work for me. this however, works wonders. i take 2 in the morning before breakfast and 2 before bed, and i've been regular ever since. no cramping + theres a lot in there (should last about 2 months) for a good price. i like that i don't need to worry about taking it everyday unlike your typical drugstore laxative. highly recommend
