How should we use the knife sharpener?
1. Turn the angle key so that the angle of the grinding tool is adjusted.
2. Place the sharpening tool on a flat work surface; place the sharpening handle and tool firmly in the sharpening slot.
3. The action of the coarse and fine grinder depends on the damage to the blade.
4. Hold the blade in a horizontal position and sharpen it 5-10 times evenly and vigorously along the curve of the blade.
Important Notes:
Please do not use a knife sharpener to sharpen serrated blades.
