Do not think it really worked for myself but may for you.I was looking for something that was going to help with digestive issues and regular issues past what i already was eating and doctor recommend me to take a Prebiotic. I really didn't understand what a Prebiotic was. I thought he meant Probiotic but i guess i was wrong. I had to do much research on what a Prebiotic was and how it works and what it actually does. Just for anyone really wondering what both them are, i found a term on what it is:
– Prebiotic Fiber is a non-digestible part of foods like bananas, onions and garlic, Jerusalem artichoke, the skin of apples, chicory root, beans, and many others. Prebiotic fiber goes through the small intestine undigested and is fermented when it reaches the large colon.
– Probiotics are live beneficial bacteria that are naturally created by the process of fermentation in foods like yogurt, sauerkraut, miso soup, kimchi, and others.
I tired to find them in the store but really couldn't find anything at any local store as i even asked a few pharmacists and they looked at me like "what is this person talking about." Only one of them knew what i was talking about and said they won't sell them. So i had to google on places and found that Amazon sold them. I looked at a few before purchasing but liked this one as these had a lot of positive reviews and even the manufacture made it convincing so i thought really what could i loose. I purchased them and arrived fairly quickly and wanted to wait until i was almost finished to make on honest review about the product. The bottle comes with 40 gummies inside and they taste fairly well, they won't leave an after taste and they are soft to chew so it won't break your teeth trying to chew. It states on the back of the label not to exceed 8 gummies a day which i believe it a little excessive. I personally took one in the morning and one at night before bed. If you even want, you could take another one in the middle of the day but then they go fairly quickly. Something that did aggervate me a little about the product is the gummies are really sticky and stick together in the bottle and makes it hard to get them out, you have to dig your finger in the bottle to grab one so if your a germophobe then wash your hands first before you start digging.
The results: After taking two everyday (one morning and one night) for 20 days i can say i really do not feel any different or really anything changed in my personal opinion. My regular issues still were the same as they nothing really changed and my digestive problems never seemed to make a difference. I checked with my doctor is ensure i wasn't doing something wrong and he said it is more of physiological thing rather than your going to notice a difference. My doctor stated that because it is more of physiological thing you have to believe in the product you are taking and you need to trick your mind into thinking it is making a difference (So your probably thinking why do i have this doctor, but my doctor stated that he has been recommending Prebiotics to other patients for years have worked for some. Just depends on the person.) I personally didn't think it was going to work from the start just because i really don't believe any vitamin actually works but i stuck with it until the end and didn't see a difference. Now based on my experience, don't discourage yourself from buying these because like some reviews state that they work for them but unfortunately for myself it did not. I don't entirely blame the product because it may not be the product but may be my own digestive system. Now would i recommend this product, YES i would because just because it didn't work for me it may work for you and i would say try anything if you need relief as it may work. BeLIVEI am an individuals with a slow/low metabolism. I have found the Fibre Gummies to be exactly the boost I need to improve my digestive health. The gummies are delicious and provide the required health benefits I was looking for.

These prebiotics work!I love the flavour and that they work well. I hate that they are packed in jars of 60 only. They recommend that you take three (3) gummies once or twice per day. I do. So, one jar of 60 gummies lasts me 10 to 20 days ONLY!
Why don’t they make each jar good for at least one month. Pack 90 to 180 per jar to last at least one month? It’s not like their jars of 60 are full? They’re not.

Taste great, but terrible value & health:cost ratio.Won't deny the fact that these things taste incredible and I could eat 10000 of them like candy. BUT, the value and actual fiber benefit in them is terrible. You're paying $20 for 60 gummies, that the product description on amazon says 2 a day but the bottle itself says it actually recommends taking 10 a day lol. theres only 2g of Inulin per gummy, which is nothing. a daily recommendation is between10-20g of it. so enjoy buying a bottle every week

Update 5/5/24: I’ve used two bottles and I have seen a huge difference in my gut health. I’ve noticed when I’m out & in between bottles my gut health goes back to what it was before, no bueno! These gummies work wonders!

My fussy, slow gut is saved!I mean, gosh, coming on Amazon to review something related to your digestive health is a little bit embarrassing, but I had to say something because this product is that fantastic.
I don't have IBS and it's rare that I get stomach bugs, so I can't speak to those experiences but I do have very inconsistent movement. Unless I'm eating an extremely low-fat and high-fibre diet (my normal diet is full of fruits, grains and vegetables – I genuinely don't have room for improvement unless I want to become a deeply insufferable person who never has any fun), I'm not blessed with a daily rhythm. If I eat anything starchy, it's constipation for 48 hours+ and a rock-hard end result (!). This is obviously just not realistic, we all have changes in diet, travelling, birthdays, and meals out with family and friends where we have something different or want a treat. I was sick of these events upsetting things for days, heaven forbid I have more than 2 events in a week I'd start piling on weight and feeling miserable as my body panicked. As I get just that little bit older it gets worse and worse so it was time to try something new.
Taste-wise, they do have an apple flavour to start with and then I think they're a bit raisin-like but still pleasant. They're so good I don't care what they taste like, it's an added bonus that they're perfectly nice.
I always eat one with breakfast and one with dinner. I make sure I don't take them too close to medications or other supplements (apparently this can disrupt absorption). I have to say going from being completely irregular to the kind of daily experience I've only had when my diet has been incredibly strict has been way more exciting than it should be. I'd give them 6 stars if I could!
