   Beet root gummies with a sweet taste; NPN number; expiry date; scientifically studied

   What's included:
   – Beetroot + COQ10 chewable gummies

   The beetroot + COQ10 gummies by Nutravea are a sweet tasting chewable gummy that offers some potential benefits if the literature is to be believed.

   The bottle comes with 60 gummies in total or about a two month supply, but has its share of warnings to be aware of.

   The main ingredient that I want to focus on is Beta Vulgaris root and its potential benefits and whether or not I have seen any difference in taking this supplement.

   When I think of beetroot supplements I think of much of the literature regarding this extract that has been studied and shown to have benefits. For me, the main incentive behind using this supplement is the benefits associated with endurance and recovery.

   While it is difficult to quantify or even evaluate the efficacy of this supplement, there are a few things that I can say .

   1) This is made in Canada and it appears as though all sourcing of ingredients are Canadian as well.
   2) There is an NPN number I point this out because I have come across some supplements on Amazon that do not have an NPN number and for me that's a red flag and something I don't feel comfortable taking.
   3) I admit that while gummies are not as effective as regular pills or tablets because not everything makes it to your stomach with some getting stuck in your teeth etc, I do prefer gummies over other forms of ingesting supplements.
   4) There is an expiry date and lot number for validation and verification purposes
   5) Beetroot supplements have been studied and if I assume that what is claimed to be the ingredients of these gummies are actually true, then I will be curious to see if I feel any difference in taking them
   6) Beetroots are generally very healthy

   So there is quite a bit of interesting aspects to this supplement that are worth experimenting with and taking over the next two months, where I can then better evaluate any difference to my health and well being, especially since I work out daily – these results remain to be seen.

   At this point it is too early to make any conclusive statements other than these gummies have the necessary parameters to make me feel confident enough to take them and they taste quite good although somewhat sweet.

   I look forward to updating this review to reveal what sort of impact these gummies have on my overall health and well being and whether or not they have any implication for things such as blood pressure and endurance which I have started monitoring so I can take "before" and "after" snapshot of myself. Thus far after a few days its not possible to say much.

   As far as recommending this supplement, as I noted, there is enough there to make these as reasonable as other supplements – whether or not they have any true beneficial impact however remains to be seen.

   A great taste experience.

   ✅ For a supplement, the taste and consumption experience was great.
   ✅ Product quality was very good. The gummies were not sticking tightly to each other and fell out of the container easily. The shapes were consistent.
   ✅ Very good shelf life for a gummy. Almost two years.
   ✅ Each gummy is of "typical" candy serving size. That is, they are not tiny.
   ✅ Packaging and labeling was excellent (in French and English languages). All the information you would expect from a vitamin supplement was available.
   ✅ Product was made in Canada. For many, that exudes trust and quality confidence.

   ❌ Be warned: There is definitely sugar in the gummy. This should be no surprise given the great taste.
   ❌ During this review the product was $24.99 Cdn for 60 count. This might be comparable to big box store price offerings, if you can find a similar product. Specialized supplement stores likely have it and at higher prices. Nonetheless, it may cause some shoppers to avoid, particularly when the manufacturer suggests adults to consume two per day. Often one weighs cost with the intended insurance of better health.

   NOTES:

   * Keep out of sunshine and heat.
   * The manufacturer suggests to take with food. Given their sweet taste, perhaps consider taking just after a meal.

   SUMMARY:

   Although it is next to impossible to judge the effectiveness of a supplement in short time, the consumption experience of the Nutravea Beet Root Gummies was very good. It didn't taste like a supplement, let alone anything beet root, and it chewed down like candy. How fun is that?

   Very tasty gummies for this type of supplement

   These gummies are very tasty and if you did not know they were a natural health product, they could easily be mistaken for a regular candy.

   For the nutritional part, this seems to be an adequate way of taking a beet root supplement, a 2 month supply with this bottle. This tastes a bit sweet and sour at the same time, a bit like a tart cherry type of taste.

   They are definitely sweet as there must be added sugar inside of this but since this is a small amount, it probably won't be much of a concern. They are not slimy or sticky like some gummies I've tried too so if you can handle the taste the yare a good option

   Delicious tasting beet root gummies for adults 😊👍👍

   I ordered this beet root gummies because of the healthy benefits from taking beet root extract… as I do eat boiled beet root regularly on purpose because it helps to built my blood cells, boost my energy naturally and maintain heart health. So when I see this gummies available, I ordered it to try, and so far I am really happy with it – the gummies are so delicious and tasting, while provides me the nutrients I needed from beet roots. 😊👍👍

   The gummies came in a nicely packaged bottle. It has children safety locked-cap design. The gummies are looking just like candies, they are chewy and the texture tastes like similar to wine gums – super delicious and not too sweet. Following the directions, I take two gummies once daily since I received it… and I do feel a happier mood, more energetic body and brighter skin – happier and lighter body feeling for sure ~

   These gummies are really nice and convenient way to take beet root extract, I do highly recommend for everyone! 😊🙏🙏

   Very tasty, like real candy!

   These were so good I forgot that they were Beetroot + COQ10 chewable gummies. Before I knew it a few weeks went by and they were all gone. At 60 gummies per bottle, you get a one-month supply if taking the recommended dose (2 gummies per day). The sugar makes it taste great. The raspberry flavor is pleasant, not too sweet, and there’s no overpowering beet taste, which I appreciated. The texture is soft and chewy, but not overly sticky.
