    Good quality B vitamins

    4/5 star – missing star is because the foil seal was not sealed completely, it was missing adhesive around part of the rim. The plastic shrink wrap over the cap was there, though.

    Got some orange powder residue on my hands when handling/taking it, not much can be done about this but just a heads up.

    I'm taking it with my meal so I have not noticed any gastro intestinal issues or after taste.

    Seems like a good quality product anyways and it does feel like I get a little bit more energy throughout the day. It's a good convenient way to get a fuller range of B vitamins in my diet, not having to rely on only food.

    Overall I am satisfied with this product.

    The yellow capsules surely surprised me.I thought it might have mistakenly be "tumeric "but after taking a sniff of it I realized it was not.

    DO NOT BUY - NEAR DEATH EXPERIENCE

    DO NOT BUY THESE. These pills caused me to have overdose like reaction and I ended up in the emergency room. My heart started going into arrhythmia, I could not breathe, my limbs went numb and my lips were blue. Couldn’t force a breath in, felt like my lungs were collapsing and my whole body was boiling hot. I’m not even sure how these are legal to sell as you should never take more than 400mg a day according to the emergency room doctor! DO NOT BUY THESE.

    Edit: very clear planted review describing a “niacin flush”. Don’t trust it. I trust the emergency room doctor over a staff member of the above product trying to save their profit margins. Trust all of the reviews of people saying they’re having reactions.

    The company reached out when they saw this and offered a full refund which I accepted. This changes nothing about my review. These should not be legal and are dangerous. They’re lucky a death hasn’t occurred and they aren’t being sued for this.

    Very good and “clean” product!

    I noticed some negative reviews about this product mentioning that people got allergic reactions. It wasn’t allergic reaction at all. This vitamin contains vitamin B3 (niacin). A niacin flush is a common side effect of taking large doses of niacin (vitamin B3) supplements or not taking niacin-containing supplements with food. However, studies have shown that large doses of niacin may help dyslipidemia, which is an imbalance in the fat protein HDL and LDL cholesterol, triglycerides, and total cholesterol.The flush happens when the niacin causes the small blood vessels in your skin to dilate so more blood can rush through. Many people do not understand what causes niacin flush or that it is harmless. In fact, niacin flushing has some benefits! Niacin causes subcutaneous vasodilation. This means that it helps dilate, or expand, the blood vessels under the surface of the skin. This triggers a reddening or flushing appearance or sensation. It is a temporary side effect. It does not damage capillaries and is not dangerous. In fact, vasodilation leads to better circulation, capillary flushing, and increased blood flow to the surface of the skin. It isn't harmful, but it can scare you if you don't know it's coming. Some people who take niacin can experience this flush about 30 minutes after taking it. The flush includes reddening of the skin accompanied by a burning or itching sensation. Flushing of the face is the most common, but it can also occur in the neck and upper body. The flush gets better over time and is usually gone within an hour or two.

    A 90 day supply of Active B-Complex capsules with 8 B-Vitamins.

    I have been taking this Active B-Complex – High Potency Vitamin B Supplement with 8 B-Vitamins: B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9, and B12 by VITASAVE for a month now to improve my energy and I am mostly happy with them. The capsules are from Canada, of medium size, and easy to swallow with water. The instructions said to take them with meals, so I have been taking one with breakfast and one with dinner. I have not had any noticeable side effects from taking these and do not think they are doing anything for my mood. Because I also take Probiotics I can not tell if these B vitamins are affecting my digestion. I have noticed a bit more energy and I am happy about that. I am hoping this will improve even more with time, and I will update this if anything changes after taking the supplement for the full 90 days.

    Excellent B-Complex!!

    Vitasave is a reputable and established company with a wide range of brands and products. You have peace of mind in purchasing their supplements as they are manufactured in Canada in cGMP facilities. The batch I received had a 1.5 year shelf life.

    This is a very comprehensive B-complex (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9, B12) with out extras and fillers (besides co-nutrients Choline and Inositol). Even though they don't tell you the daily value % on the supplement facts, the ingredients are in very high concentration! I cross-referenced the bottle to a B-complex I was taking prior, and this one blows it out the water!

    I've been taking 2 caps/day as part of daily supplement regimen and haven't had any adverse effects or stomach irritation. The capsules are easy to swallow and easy on the stomach. I feel an energy boost from the B-vitamins within 30 minutes of taking them. It's the real deal!

    Value wise, the current list price of $29.99 is phenomenal for a 3 month supply (~$10/month). I definitely recommend this supplement!!

    So Far So Good

    This appears to be a good company. I have been taking it about a week twice a day as directed and have had no adverse effects. I took B-12 for years and some brands have upset my stomach in the past so I was pleased that this one did not. I also appreciate the additional B vitamins in addition to the B-12 I needed. The capsules are thankfully easy to swallow and did not have a bad aftertaste like some of those capsules will.
    My only issue is not with the product but with Amazon, who put a huge sticker over a portion of the product information on the back, important things like the inactive ingredients. I am luckily not allergic to anything but this may be an issue for others.

    Good Source of B Vitamins with a Few Annoyances

    This appears to be a complete B-vitamin supplement which is great for making sure I am getting enough of these metabolism-supporting goodies.

    The bottle came with two hefty safety seals which I liked a lot. The inner seal was a tough aluminum coated seal that holds tight versus those cheapy foam seals that almost always come off while opening the bottle. What good are those for providing evidence of tampering? This bottle will leave you with no doubt that it remained sealed for the entire trip after the factory.

    What I don't like is that there is no %DV listed for each ingredient to make it quick to compare to other B-vitamins I've taken and to established daily limits. The manufacturer does list the component ingredients by weight, but that means I need to look up each one. What a waste of time. Why not do what every other manufacturer selling in the US does and list the %DV?

    But that doesn't matter because even if they did list them the huge Amazon barcode sticker got placed right on top of the ingredient list. That really is unacceptable because the sticker doesn't come off so now I have a bottle with no way to determine how much of these supplements I am taking. Not cool. Put the bottle in a box or bag so the warehouse label doesn't obscure import details!
