Our battery replacement service comes at no cost for 1 year. Should you encounter any problems with your battery during this period, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Before using this mop for the first time, you need to fully charge the battery.
- Can I put cleaning solution in the water tank?
Put only clean water in the tank; foam could block the nozzle and stop it from spraying water.
- Why the sprayer can't work?
The nozzle or the pump can be clogged if the solution was applied in the water tank and it hasn't been cleaned for a long time. We recommend using diluted non-foaming cleaning solution and cleaning the nozzle regularly.

Warm Tip
1. Similar to other battery-powered products, the performance of the cordless electric mop may gradually decrease over time as the battery is used. Please recharge it to achieve the best cleaning performance when we notice a weakening or slowing down in rotation speed.
2. Improperly attached or misaligned mop pads could lead to disturbances in the trajectory and make it a little difficult to control. So we recommend inspecting and ensuring that the mop pad is accurately and centrally placed on the base before each use of iDOO electric mop.
3. Avoid using hard cleaning tools to scrub the mop pad.
